The NIKW was thrilled to be able to return with our Junior League competition, exclusively for younger members of the association.
Plenty of long standing members returned after the pause due to social restrictions, but it was especially great to see so many new competitors. Everyone was eager to use plenty of energy, passion and enthusiasm to get some competition kumite experience.

The top competitors on the night were:
1st James O’Neill
2nd Tierna Lavery
3rd Sean Parker
Most Impressed award was Joseph McBride
Kumite coach, sensei James Brunton explained that the most important thing was to enter, and gain the experience. Then you can be sure you are learning.
