The NIKW Junior League continued with Round 5, taking place at Girdwood Community Hub on 26th Sept 2023.
The young competitors got a quick warm up and some helpful tips to use in matches, then straight to the action.
Again some new members got their first chance to test their skills in a kumite match and learn what to expect with official rules. Everyone getting vital experience.
